Hi,

I have made 1 po that having 110 items. But this Po was partially received ( Only 11 items are posted ).

But still this PO shown in POP10100 and POP10110.

I have tried reconcile only for this PO.

Also try to Edit PO but couldn't succeed.

Is a correct way move this po from Header to History using through SQL? or It affect the live DB.

What are the ways to solve this problem?

AND I URGENTLY NEED TO UPDATE MY INVENTORY....

Please help me.

    Could you please elaborate more?  Have you fully received the Purchase Order but a posting corrupted occurred resulting with only 11 items being posted ?

    If you only receive 11 items on a PO that starts with 110 items, then to have the PO remaining in the OPEN is a correct response from the system.

    I do not understand why you are trying to move it out of the open table and in to history when it is not a completed Purchase Order process.

    As Mahmoud requested, please provide more details to clear up these questions.
