ReportToday I set up bank rec and it seems to pull data okay with some errors.
Prior to our upgrade many years ago Bank Rec was used until it " suddenly stopped" I was told.
Nothing was done to remedy and bank rec became a manual process and the system was no longer being used as intended.
Today when I ran a test after running Electronic Reconcile Download Transactions numerous transactions come up with the following error " There are 159 unprocessed records or one or more unrecognized fields from the text file to read. I select OK HEre is a snippet of one of the lines printed to screen from the unprocessed Data Records report

Error Message: Record Type match not found: Record Type = 07/21/2014
Every error is from 2014 which was the last time the recon was run before it " broke"
After I close the report I see the option to reconcile for a given date range, we wanted to verify 1/1/18 -1/31/18 as a test.
Is it possible to clean up old transactions prior to 1/1/18 and simply work towards cleaning up FY 18 activity? We are working hard to get the system accurate as there has been no maintenance of the sytem for nearly five years. Is it possible to run cleanup through SQL as it appears we can only do one off transactions through the UI.
