New User Cant See Companies in Navision 5.0

I have added a new user in Nav. 5.0 but they cant see the available companies.

The dialogue box is empty.

    Hi, Please check user permissions.

    In addition, NAV5.0 has been out of service for a long time, please upgrade to other versions as soon as possible.
