Hi, I am interested to learn MS Dynamics CRM can any one suggest me , are there any online training classes , or any guides can you plz help me

you will find a lot of online classes on youtube but the best way to gain the experience is to hands on projects.

Reading the CRM Book for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an excellent place to start. The content of this book covers topics ranging from the basics of using CRM for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to the more advanced topics of administering and extending CRM.
There are a number of online training courses, many of them free as well. What I did was focus initially on passing the exams and I followed the online training that went with each. I also setup trial instances and worked with those regularly to try things out. I still do that daily! My suggestion is to study for the exams and to work through the system hands on to get knowledge. One thing about Dynamics 365 is once you think you got it, there will be new things to learn tomorrow. :).
Finally, get active in the forums :). That has helped me a lot as well as I get to learn new things daily while helping others.
