Hello, I am coming to you because I have encountered an error on my Navision.
As soon as I open more than one Navision window, if I want to resume the first window via the task bar, Navision suddenly cuts off.

Hopefully the community can assist you further with this question as you cannot contact Microsoft support due to product life cycle policies.
The only thing we can recommend at this time when upgrading to a supported release is not yet possible, is to ensure the issue reproduces in an unmodified CRONUS company. If it happens there as well, then you can verify if reproduces in the latest cumulative update available for the release of Dynamics NAV you are running.
If it does not reproduce in latest cumulative update in a CRONUS company, you can ask your or partner or inhouse developer to debug the scenario if the developer has a developer license.
