I have learned that the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solution offering is powered by Dynamics 365, and includes components from Azure, the Power Platform, etc. After the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solution has been deployed, does anyone know if the solution can be customized? For example, can we create out own custom entities in Dynamics 365 or using model driven apps in the Power Platform? And can we implement Power Automate or introduce other custom logics using JavaScript or Plugins to customize the overall solution? Is that supported, or is the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solution more or less a packaged solution, and we are limited to basic configurations?
Any insights would be appreciated.
