Batch Job Error Status - 'Posting of order P801-000327 canceled'

Good Day Microsoft Dynamics Community,

Our client has a Batch job error that appears to be caused by one PO in the batch based on the Infolog.

The status of the order is 'Confirmed / Canceled' but this error keeps coming up when the batch fails.

Anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi KDS,

    In addition to what Ramit Paul added, you can try with the following.

    -- Find out what is that bath job working for this.

    -- In that batch job, identify the status which shows "Error" in the Batch job history.

    -- Delete all "Error" status.

    Then proceed.

    If above does not help, then delete the batch job itself first. And then re-create the same batch job and proceed again.

    Hopefully this case will be solved.

    Hi,

    Can you try by restarting/reworking the same invoices, it might be the batch is taking the status before you put the vendor off hold.

    I forgot to mention we tried taking the vendor off hold, but still receive the error.

    I looked at that PO 'P801-000327' and it has the statuses 'Confirmed/Canceled' so I was thinking it might have something to do with the PO itself.

    Hi,

    It seems the vendor is on hold, so it is causing the issue.

    Please check the vendor number just top of your marked in red and then check id the vendor is on hold.
