FRx error when running report

What does this mean? Is it because of a firewall or missing settings in FRx?

    This might be of certain relevance to your issue,

    FRX Error Source 40002: 01000

    I was able to find a few cases with this exact error message. It seems to be kind of a generic error that occurs when FRx cannot communicate with SQL through the ODBC connection. Below are the solutions we have documented in the cases we have had on this in the past.

    -Corrupt McAfee firewall. Reinstalled Firewall.

    -Symantec firewall. Unknown configuration changes.

    -Backup process in SQL. Stopped the backup process.

    -Unknown SQL issue. Restarted SQL database.

    -Unknown SQL issue. Restarted workstation.

    -VPN connection. FRx not supported over VPN.

    -Corrupt ODBC. Created new ODBC.

    Hopefully the above will help you to track down the issue in your environment.
