CRM 2015 online auto case creation

Hi,

I am trying to set up a case creation rule, with the following condition:

a case is created only where the 'To Recipients' equals a certain email address. This email address is belonging to a queue in CRM and the queue set up to receive emails. I can send an email into CRM from my own personal email account, and the case creation rule is triggered. However, the rule stops at the check for a specific email address.

I've tried using the following conditions:

  1. To recipients equals <Queue name>
  2. To recipients equals <email address>
  3. To recipients contains <email address>
  4. To recipients contains <Queue name>

However, none of these work. How do I set this up? I have chosen the correct queue in the Queue lookup when creating the rule.

    why you need to apply this rule ? because if you set the correct incoming email in queue, and user send to correct email, the queue only will process it, there is no need for this rule to be applied.
