Hi,
I am trying to set up a case creation rule, with the following condition:
a case is created only where the 'To Recipients' equals a certain email address. This email address is belonging to a queue in CRM and the queue set up to receive emails. I can send an email into CRM from my own personal email account, and the case creation rule is triggered. However, the rule stops at the check for a specific email address.
I've tried using the following conditions:
- To recipients equals <Queue name>
- To recipients equals <email address>
- To recipients contains <email address>
- To recipients contains <Queue name>
However, none of these work. How do I set this up? I have chosen the correct queue in the Queue lookup when creating the rule.
