Hi,

I have a client requirement to apply Coupons on Call center Sales Order Quotes before sending in D365 F&O. Is there any way to apply Retail coupons on Call center Sales Order Quotes? I didn't find much help from Microsoft docs. any suggestion on how to achieve this really helpful. Let me know if any solution or workaround.

Hello Kishore,

I do not believe sales quotations support retail coupons.

You should however be able to apply discounts.

I will let the community help on offering other workarounds or suggestions.
