timecards and HRP workflows pending approval

Does anyone know what I need to do allow our payroll processor the ability to see all workflows pending approval? This user sees nothing from her navigation lists(she can open the nav list)....or is this a potential bug?

    an update to this....payroll person is not receiving all workflows to the FAT client....they do not seem to be anywhere....submitting a ticket....arrrggghh

    **UPDATE**

    Our payroll processor has her regular GP login that she uses on the FAT client, she does not have any of her pending items available from timecards or HRP workflows that we have been submitting on the test system (actually one timecard shows up)

    However, logging in using her web client she sees all of our testing documents we have been submitting…..

    Define the location of the Management Reporter service in the Reporting Tools Setup to enable the navigation list.

    The navigation list displays a list of reports the current user has security access to and enables them to view the reports in the Management Reporter Viewer with the click of a button

    Rinson, Thank you for your response. MR is defined, and works from the fat client. Thinking it was security related I gave her login temporary Poweruser access and still only the one random timecard shows up.

    Opening the desktop client with her logged into her computer works perfectly. While I was testing I was logging into the desktop client as her on my computer logged in as me. This was my problem...

    I have learned the a user using the desktop client really requires being logged in to the same desktop when the user is defined through SQL and Active Directory.
