Automaticly LOG OUT(5-10m) from BC v16.4 OnPrem install

Hello to every one,

If somebody can help.



I have SQL server 2019 on Windows 10 os. ((2004 ver) , on the official page it is supported.), BC 16.4 version, and IIS.

I have an issue with BC OnPrem 16.4. Install goes fine and everything works for a few days. Last 2 days, I have an issue with logout from BC, that happening until I, or my colleague's works.

Main error, for BC_PROD instance, what only repeated is this one:

I try so many ways. Same situation is on http:// and https://.

    Hello,

    If you are able to reproduce the scenario in the standard CRONUS company, feel free to raise the issue via a support ticket. In addition, please consider to upgrade to a later CU as your customer seems to be running behind with their maintenance plan.
