Flow not showing user input option

I have a Microsoft Dataverse (legacy) > Custom Action setup

It has a user input section

but when i click to run it nothing comes up

There are additional steps within the flow.
I am a Power Platform Admin.
I am in a different environment than the "Default" so I have tried changing the environment drop down to something else but it only has default and custom, I have tried filling it in with the other environment GUID but that didn't work either.

Any recommendations?

Hi Clinton,

The custom action that you have created is in what environment ?

I think that the issue is caused because you select the default environment.

So try, to add your flow in a solution in the environment where you want to apply this flow.

Mohamed GRAIB thank you for the reply, but i actually address this within my op. but the environment offers NO other option beyond default and custom.

I did resolve the issue by completely logging out of power automate, despite the fact that i use incognito it still has some cache causing an issue.

I did resolve the issue by completely logging out of power automate, despite the fact that i use incognito it still has some cache causing an issue.

thank you for your link, is there any alternative that i can use for this? i am hoping to have the same functionality as selecting the record and launching the flow so it know exactly which record to run the flow against.

I did resolve the issue by completely logging out of power automate, despite the fact that i use incognito it still has some cache causing an issue. even then it was very slow to pop up the information as it requires it to log in again even though you are currently logged in.
