Import lines in Data Exch. Field (1221) table

For now I'm trying to post the lines in Data Exch. Field (1221) table by using webservices (I've created webservice for Bank statement line details page and trying to make post request on the url) but I haven't managed to find any info about how this request should looks like and if it's possible to do at all.
