Hi. 

We'll be using the email functionality of Business Central. We already have a template created however the signature being used is the creator of the purchase quote. How do we change the email details in the signature automatically?

    You will need to edit the Source / Word which is being used as a template for the email. More info: Use Word Templates for Bulk Communication
