Personal settings refresh after user logs in to BC the next day

Posted on by 185
User opens Business Central at the beginning of the day, but his personalizations do not stay.

He collapses the factbox, shows the filter pan, and opens the page in wide view.

When he opens Business Central on a new day, these setting revert back to anb open Factbox, a closed filter pane, and not in wide view. Hjow can I keep the user settings for a page in Business Central when it refreshes?

    Hi All,

This role has no page customizations. The user is not using a private browser.

Hi, is the user using incognito/inprivate mode? In this mode, some operations will not be recorded and saved.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hi,

It is recommended that you can delete personalization of this user to these pages (Personalized Pages):

If this does not help, please check if a customization on Profile level might break something here.

    Best Regards,
    Judy

    Inge,

    This is BC online.

There are no Role customizations so, I don't think this would be for the role

Are you using Business Central online or on-prem?
Could it be that some pages and the settings for them are defined by the user role?
Maybe you can ask the user to switch to another role and see if that changes anything?
