Hello everyone!

I have very interesting case. I want to integrate AAD with BC in such a way that the list of employees in the AAD synchronizes with the BC and creates, based on what is in the AAD, employee cards and updates the existing ones. Do you have any tips on how to approach it technically? Is there any native possibility to perform such synchronization? In this case, I think about verifying if I can use API.

You could also use the http client i AL to connect to the AAD Api and let BC do a regular check into your AD for new employees.

    Hi,

you should create a cloud flow in the Power Automate and utilize the Azure AD connector - docs.microsoft.com/.../

filter by "Tenant ID", then get the value of "Object ID" (GUID datatype) and then first, filter if the Object ID is already inserted in the BC by utilizing the connector "Get Records (V3)" from Business Central (docs.microsoft.com/.../) and then if records is not inserted, insert the record by utilizing the connector "Create Record (V3)" also from Business Central.

P.S. I always add connector for Office365 to create and send emails to support/technical team, or to user in case of any issues, it is just easier to have an email with log, then to open brows through the log of the PA cloud flow.

    Thank you

    BR Damjan
