We have to change a user ID/name in BC cloud.  The update from O365 feature updates their full name and email address but I the user name does not change.  Can this be changed?

I have the same question (0)

There will be an update in 17.2 that will allow for the change of the User Name on the Users Card.

Just go to User Card, you can rename the user ID there.

    Hello,

You can change user name from user card page, see below image for your reference.

Upgraded to 17.2.  Getting the following error when attempting to change the User Name:  You do not have permissions for this action on the table STMP Account.   This is being done by a user with SUPER permssions.

This looks like it was moved to 17.3.  There is a mitigation where you need to go to the Email Accounts page (in every company) and remove the email addresses on this page.  Then change the name then go back and put the emails back in.  I tested on mine and I am able to move forward with the name change.
