n:n associated records are not visible in subgrid

I have an n:n (account-account) relationship on  account entity .When I add record into it ,its getting associated(I have checked using restbuilder ) but its not visible in that subgrid ?Why is this so?

    you can make the changes to your subgrid as per below screenshot.

    Are you saying records are not visible in associated view as well?

    I have rechecked..records are not visible

    That was just a sample screenshot to tell you where to change the setting, From there you need to select the correct value from Entity.

    If I  choose All active Contact then it should also visible there,why to select Active contact subgrid view

    Is it visible in associated view?

    If yes then please check setting as suggested by Ravi.

    Hi Purnima,

    This could be related to the source selected on the subgrid. Check if you have selected the correct setting.
