I'm a novice in CRM's utilisation and i would to know if we can add constants values in a workflows for make an arithmetic operation.

You can do this in you own custom workflow activtiy. Have a look at this example in the CRM teams blog (http://blogs.msdn.com/crm/archive/2008/06/20/custom-workflow-activity-for-matching-email-addresses-to-customers.aspx) or the CRM SDK to get an idea how to manage this...
