Unable to add license to any users in Office 365 for license "Enhanced Support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online"

 "Enhanced Support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online" and "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional Add-On to Office 365"
-the option for "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional Add-On to Office 365" is checked with a license for the user
-Under Active Users > Edit > licenses, there is no option for "Enhanced Support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online" when we expand the down arrow on "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional Add-On to Office 365"

    Hi imlochan !

    The Enhanced Support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application licenses are designed to sit there unassigned, simply having the licenses purchased allows you to open up a support case at the level purchased.
