So, we provisioned a new instance over the weekend -- the account itself was entirely new. This was done with a global admin on the onmicrosoft.com domain. We have since added our corporate domains, users, licenses, and roles. Nobody outside of the single onmicrosoft.com user can access the CRM cloud service (we are cloud only). We either get 404s or a log-in loop -- it's not the IE issue, because I only use Macs. We've repro'd this same issue from several machines browsers, etc. What are the possible solutions others than having support nuke the instance -- after wasting hours of my time on the phone doing a troubleshooting script? It's worth knowing that there was some sort of unknown error while provisioning Dynamics. Thanks all.
