Update batch disposition status

I need to updated batch disposition status to automatically update as part of a daily batch job of expired items in bulk.

In records to include I have noted down batch expiry date for less than today

However I get an error message saying I atleast need to put in 1 batch or item number.

Does any one have any suggestions?

    Hi SharonBajwa,

    As the error log indicates, you must specify a batch or item.

    You can use some filters on the batch or item field. And use T to filter today. Please refer to the Doc: docs.microsoft.com/.../advanced-filtering-query-options

    Is there any way that I don't need to type in the item or batch.

    I had set up the inquiry same as yours without the batch.

    I then tried item range say AA..ZZ but it didn't like it.

    I have over 3000 products and I need the batch status to auto-update so I can't type in all the 3000 numbers.

    I've just realised I am getting the error in Update 37 but not in update 36.

    I test in PU36 and 37, both throw the error if the the batch or item is blank.

    You can set the item or batch to '*' and don't need to 'type in all the 3000 numbers'.
