Flows Flyout Menu showing Loading... always

Hi everyone 

I’m using glt out which is working fine on classic interface but on unified interface it’s always showing loading.... instead of showing buttons which I mentioned in js function on action.

any suggestion?

    Do you have a modern image set? I had button issues when I left it blank, in the ucI.
