hello,

we have been facing some problems for the past week where when we add a certain product , the HQ and Commerce doesnt update accept any changes. we tried to contact MS , but its been more than a week . the logs in LCS doesnt help much too . so would it possible to get some access to the retail server logs or channel database so we can troubleshoot ? .how do you gain access to the channel DB ? (fyi - we have a LCS sandbox of F&O and Commerce - CSU and Site builder)

i dont know if this is the same problem for others, but we cannot find the problem,  looking for a solution soon becomes impossible.

I have the same question (0)

While you are waiting for Microsoft to reply to you, start by investigating from HQ. Is the Released product in HQ? Then run the Distribution job(s) and check the Download session files to see if the product is in there. The job(s) will first have a status of 'Available' as soon as they are created. Once they have download to the Channel database they change to status of 'Applied.' At that point you could be sure that your product should appear on the website. If not, that is where you need Microsoft to investigate.

I did check this. All jobs are applied status, and the package for products does has the records for the products. the problem is I dont know where it fails.

That's all good then. I've no doubt the product will be in the Channel database. I expect Microsoft will have to do somehting at their end to force the Azure search etc. to update, which will then make the product(s) appear.

    Hi,

If this is a new environment and/or if you have enabled/disabled new features like multiple catalogs, i would suggest restarting the CSU. We have seen a similar issues and was fixed with an restart.

Access to Channel DB is not available for CSU.

The logs for CSU you will be able to access via LCS - you can provide a request id in the Log Search and it'll provide the related logs.
