You are assigned to the Global Administrator role in Business Central but you are not assigned to a product license.

Hi all,

I am a new user in Business Central and I have purchased a BC premium license through a partner. However upon allocating the license in 365 admin center , I am still unable to see the license in the Users section in BC. And I have the following warning in the front page: You are assigned to the Global Administrator role in Business Central but you are not assigned to a product license. Is there a missing step I did not do ? Thanks a lot for all your assistance!

    Hello,

    Did you assign the bought license to the user via Office 365 portal? It does not need to be the same user as the Global Administrator.

    Hi Marco, Thanks for the response. Yes I did, and it turns out that I would need to refresh user groups in the Users section in BC. Thanks a lot for your help!
