I configured CRM 2016 Online for use with GMAIL, the situation lies that I can not run with GMAIL, and check the doc of MS, so such as forums.
Left image, maybe one happened something similar and give me a little help.

To synchronise emails and other things between CRM and other than Exchange/Exchange Online you will need to use Email Router or Outlook Client sync method.
If using Email Router set up correct details for IMAP/POP and SMPT for Gmail make sure user that is used to set it up has got Send on Behalf or Send as permissions.
If Using Outlook client sync make sure that user primary email address is set to the same of the mailbox (gmail in this case).
