🚨 Inquiry Regarding DynAA Contact Email 🚨

I recently completed the Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance (DynAA) application form and attempted to submit it to the official address: dynaa@microsoft.com. Unfortunately, the email is not working / bouncing back.

Could someone from the Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance team or the community kindly advise on the current contact email or the correct submission process for DynAA membership and software access?

Our university is very interested in integrating Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions into the MIS curriculum, and we want to ensure we follow the proper steps to gain access.

Any updated information or official guidance would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

It seems the email address may be outdated. I’d recommend checking the official Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance page for the latest contact info or reaching out through your university’s Microsoft account representative for guidance on membership and software access.

    Hi,
It appears that the official contact email for DynAA (dynaa@microsoft.com) listed on the application form is currently not working, as your message is bouncing back. This issue may be due to a recent change in the submission process or an update to the program’s contact details.
To proceed, I recommend the following steps:
    1. **Check the Latest Official Guidance**
Visit the Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance (DynAA) website or the Microsoft Learn for Educators page for any updated contact information or submission instructions.
    2. **Contact Microsoft Education Support**
Use the Microsoft Education Support portal to submit an inquiry about the correct process or updated contact for DynAA membership.
    3. **Engage with the Community**
Post your question in the Microsoft Dynamics Community forums or reach out via LinkedIn to members of the DynAA team for the most current information.
    4. **Retain Your Completed Form**
Keep your completed application form ready, as you may be asked to submit it through a different channel once you receive updated instructions.

Please verify if this guidance helps you move forward with your DynAA application.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Daniele
