Hello,
it's possible have in MDM Marketing contacts that are not synchronized with CRM in order to make marketing activities that do not have impact to CRM? (for example in an a B2B Model, contacts for final users B2C).

Hi,
All your marketing contacts are synchronised from MDM to CRM. Only marketing list have the availability to enable / disable synchronisation with CRM.

Hi Silvia, You are able to adjust what contact records synchronize between Dynamics Marketing by defining a "Threshold Field" and "Threshold Value" for the contact entity in Settings -> Integration Options -> Edit Mappings, however the field options that you can choose from are limited. For example, if you set the field to "DONOTPHONE" and value to "1", only those marketing contacts that have the "Do Not Call" checkbox enabled will synchronize over to CRM.

I am trying to disable synchronization between MDM and CRM contacts so I can clean my data up but currently if I delete information in either system the opposite system just re-imports the data. My solution involves Interoperation mapping. Could you define the threshold fields for contacts (and company) such as usetypecode, deleted, alertusehtml, etc. ? It would be greatly appreciated I've put in multiple tickets still no answer back.
