Hi All,

Yesterday we have encountered a strange issue with the Internal Store Transfer.

Scenario 1: Store 1 has issued a Transfer Out to Store 4, Store 4 Did not receive this at all.

Scenario 2: Store 3 can see this Transfer In from Store 1. How did Store 3 received this Transfer?

Scenario 3: When Store 3 is viewing the Transfer In on the Screen it is showing From Store 1 to Store 3. When taking a print out, it is showing Transfer To Store 4.

Please help on the same.

Thanks in advance.

Upendra Nath M.

RE: INTERNAL STORE TRANSFER FROM STORE 1 TO STORE 4

Possible cause why this happens is that, store configuration versus hq are not in-sync.

    For example,

As Store1, let say ur gonna make a transfer out to store2 which was configured as StoreID = 202 in ur current database and commit afterwards.

HQ on the otherhand updates store2 and Store3 respectively thus, replacing its new StoreCode (Store2 as Store3 and Store3 as Store2).

Upon data upload of store1 (reference store), hq treat this transfer and transfer to Store3 bcoz of updates above.

Store 3 then will receive the order through data upload.
