Hi everyone,
we are having some problems with the D365 connector.
In my understanding (i am no D365 expert) - you can select track - either when using the category or the addin.
There might be a false usage on the user side. But we now had a very disturbing event.
- Mgmt sent a meeting out to everyone
- This meeting is tracked (if automatic or manual - i do not know)
- One colleague (who also is allowed to use the addin) - selects "untrack and delete"
- The whole meeting gets cancelled!!
This cannot be right - can it? It is a programmatic access to another users mailbox without the owners permission.
Are there some configuration errors you can make?
Can we set up an exception - so that only external meetings and mails can be tracked?
