I want and need to start using Knowledge Articles externally and at our company portal. In just starting out... I have to figure out how to publish them and then use them in my customer journey content.

I have one article that has been approved now what do I do next to publish and then link to enable customer facing content?

Have you had a look at the Power Apps Portals template that can expose Knowledge Articles externally?
