Send Email workflow not working

Hi,

I am trying to have an email sent to the customer service manager everytime a field in the account entity changes, example "Customer Rating"

However the email is not coming through. We are using CRM Online.

Wondering if I am doing something wrong in setting up the properties of the workflow. 

So I have put in a check condition that if the field "Customer Rating" equals "Weak" send email .

And then clicked on the "Set properties" .

for From I have selected my name from users and in the To section selected the managers name from users list.

Can somebody please advise what am I doing wrong? Thanks heaps

    336620.Capture.JPGI have run a test for email configuration on my mailbox and its says success for all Incoming Outgoing and appointments/ Contacts  & tasks. I also recieved the test email in my outlook inbox , but i still get the below error message and emails are not getting delivered when it comes to this particular workflow.

    Hi,

    Are you using Server Side Sync? If, so you will need to approved the Email Address and test and enable your mailbox?

    Have a look at this article:

    It says succeeded so workflow is correct but emails are in pending sent stage

    Hi, thats right my workflow is correct but I see my email in " pending sent " state under activities and has the following message

    Hi,

    Are you sure your email synchronization has been properly set?

    Try sending an email from the Sender you are using in the workflow to make sure emails are going out of CRM.

    Hi, 

    Can you try triggering the work flow again then go to your system jobs, you should see your workflow there and an error message that will be useful to diagnosing your issue.

    Please share the error message (if any)

    Hi,

     you might also want to see if the email has been created at all (look under all emails in the list of activities), and, if you find it there, check the status (if it's pending or sent)

     Basically, it could be a workflow issue (wrong conditions etc.. remove the conditions, simplify the workflow, see if it works)

     Or it could be an email issue (in which case you should, at least, see the email in CRM, but it will be in the "pending sent" state)
