My client is testing an upgrade to GP 2018 (from GP 2015) and when logging into the new system they are receiving a "Smart List tables must be built" message.
This is followed by a "Get/Change" message. "ASI_MSTR_Explorer_Favorites Loon failed accessing SQL data"
Under more info the following is displayed: "Number of results columns doesn't match table definition"
I've tried resyncronizing the framework but the error still remains, and I am hesitant to drop and recreate the smart list objects as I do not want to lose any of our users custom smart lists.
Any thoughts on how to resolve. Please advise.
