Hello, esteemed members of the forum,
I'm reaching out to leverage the collective expertise here for guidance on implementing an XRM solution tailored for a Belgian non-profit organization. This organization operates within the core sectors of the communications industry and requires a system where a single contact can be linked to multiple accounts via roles intersection. In the era of MS Dynamics CRM4, this was achievable through Connections or Relationships to assign varying roles across different accounts.
Our goal is to develop an XRM application to serve as the central repository for contacts, accounts, and other entities like committees and memberships. It's critical for other applications to be able to retrieve information from the XRM, making it imperative that the connections or relationships are meticulously configured and maintained. The organization has shown a preference for Microsoft Business Central. However, we're uncertain if it supports the Connections or Relationships functionality.
Could anyone share if Business Central meets these requirements or if there's another Microsoft Dynamics 365 product better suited for a non-profit's needs, particularly one that prioritizes project management over sales?
Thank you in advance for your insights and assistance. Your input is invaluable.
