A get/change first operation

Currently, for some reason when trying to log into Great Plains I am getting an error saying "A get/change first operation on table 'coProcess' failed accessing SQL data".

If you click okay it takes you to the login screen. You log back in and it says the maximum number of users is allowed even though no one is logged in.

I then get an "SQL Error: 916 [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0] SQL Server] The server principal "username" is not able to access the database "databasename" under the current security context.

Can someone help me here? It is SQL 2008 R2 on a Windows Server 2008 R2

Did you check the SQL Management Studio for the corresponding user was assigned to the company database as a member of the DYNGRP role?

    Hello Chadatergos,

I would recommend checking out KB 871700

871700 Get/change first operation on table coprocess (45)" error message
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/871700/EN-US

I would suspect that clearing out the coprocess error will likely resolve the second error message.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions on this.
