Competing against SAP B1

We are competing against SAP B1. The prospect has 9 locations with poor internet. We are thinking of GP V2013 or 2015 with Citrix or Remote Desktop. However, SAP B1 are saying they can operate in Offline mode, and do scheduled sync. Questions:

1. Does SAP B1 work offline?

2. Any other options for V2015.

There is a competitive slide deck from Microsoft, which indicates of the Tier One competitors SAP has a higher ROI and longer time to project success than any of the major ERP players. I would make sure to incorporate this into your presentation.
