Crm page scrolling down automatically

Hello Team,

While I am on the contact form, we have so many custom fields  and subgrids. I am wondering of there is any workaround for this.

Any help or guidance is highly appreciated.

    Hi James,

    Are you saying that the contact form is scrolling automatically?  If so, please check to see if you have any custom events / javascript that is on the page, it might be setting to a specific field as focus.  Is it automatically scrolling to a required field that is missing?

    Hi Drew,

    We are not having any custom events and javascripts on this page. I am assuming this is because we placed the social pane down of the form but not really sure if this is causing the issue. (I have read it online somewhere)

    Hi James, I moved this down on the page to the bottom and did not have any of this scrolling happening that would cause automatic scrolling.  

    Did you check if it is scrolling down to a required field that is missing?  I have had that happen to me in the past.  Is it applying focus on a specific field?  Did you try moving that field to the top of the form to see what happens?

    Exactly we are having a required field it is automatically scrolling.
