As simple as it seems, I am new to MSGP and need to know the steps to remove a former employee. I would also like to confirm that it doesnt remove/delete any historical data.

You inactivate employees as opposed to deleting them. You can then enter a termination date and reason. This will all of their history. The inactivate box is on the employee card.

When I log into PDK.. it doesnt give me an option to make an employee "inactive"....however within MSGP.. I am able to select the box on the employee card. If I select the box in MSGP does that automatically update PDK which will then release a license?
What version of GP are you using? The older versions used to count active employees only. I am not sure how that works now with GP 2010 and GP 2013 and PDK. Can anyone chime in on this?
