Good Afternoon,
I'm trying to accomplish a difficult ask by our business that refers to syncing activities to Outlook to multiple users. Basically what I'm trying to accomplish is when an activity (such as appointment) is created and assigned from a User to a Team, that specific appointment syncs to Outlook calendar for every user who is part of that Team. I'm trying to avoid having to manually add each user individually.
If this is not doable, is there a way to parse out every User into the 'Required' field when the record is assigned to a Team via a plugin or custom workflow? Thanks
