We did OOB SharePoint and Dynamics Integration. But we've a requirement to pass additional data (custom fields created on Dynamics) to SharePoint List. new fields have been added to ShatrePoint List in SharePoint.

Do we have a trigger condition in Dynamics, when a doc is uploaded through the path in Dynamics?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, you can create new attribute to Sharepoint document entity, But there is no way you can set the value.

I tried registering the plugin on sharepointdocument, sharepointdocumentlocation but was never triggered. if that works you can call custom code to set data into sharepoint.

In case you find any solution please share.

    Hi,

CRM doesn't have anything out of box to handle sharepoint request/response. CRM just display the documents from sharepoint using the sharepoint view. If you need some additional/ custom logic, you can create documents location using custom code and also add your own logic like additional data.

You can refer this to start with-community.dynamics.com/.../creating-sharepoint-folder-automatically-custom-plugin-code

    Hope this helps.

    Hi

Option: 1 Build Windows service/Plugin/WF which is storing the metadata of Dynamic 365 on SharePoint.

Option 2: External Tool Available in market:  Dynamic SharePoint Organizer
