Hi,
We have approval workflow for purchase order header.
Is there any way to send a follow up email, in case the approver not take action within a specific period.

Shijith

Hi shijith,
1.This article mentions that how to build a recursive workflow, you can view it for reference.
2.And this official document shows that if a user doesn't take action on a document in the allotted time, the document is overdue. A document that is overdue can be escalated, or automatically assigned to another user for approval. You can view it as needed.

Hope these will be useful!
