Hi All,

I have changed the license of one of the users from D365 Microsoft admin center, and then I went to the Production environment of BC and choose user tab and click on the action

"Update users from D365 Microsoft" that was working as expected but the same thing when I was trying to do in the sandbox company, it didn't update the user.

Can anyone suggest what could be problem here?

Thank you.

Hi, Is there a Security Group set? It looks like this user does not have permission to access this Sandbox, so the user cannot be synced.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

If you go to the admin center for your sandbox environment you have have an option to restart the environment.

Maybe you can try to first restart the environment and then update users again.

Read how to restart your environment here:

    bc365.co/.../

There is no risk of data loss during the restart of your sandbox.
