This is my first time posting on this forum, so please forgive me for any possible mistakes.
We are using Continia Document Capture to process our purchase invoices. The system has a message box where errors or warnings are displayed when something goes wrong, for example if the vendor invoice number already exists for this vendor.
Now, we want to add a similar rule to receive a warning if an invoice with the same vendor shipmentnumber already exists for this vendor. I have found below information for editing existing messages, however there seems to be no information about adding rules to the message center.

Is this at all possible, and if so, how can we do this?
