Navigation Buttons Missing In GP 2015 R2

Hi all,

We've just upgraded to GP 2015 R2 from GP 2013, and for some reason all of the Navigation Pane buttons, bar Administration and Home are missing:

I've tried using Add More Buttons, and dragging, etc, but they don't appear to be hidden - just missing.

Any ideas?

    Turns out we needed to update our keys. Problem solved.
