Creating Email Activity on Camapigns distribution

Hi,

I am trying to track responses in Campaign Management.

I have created a campaign, a marketing list containing leads, campaign Activities in Online CRM.

I am distributing the Campaign Activity and Assigning it to my current logged in user.

Can i know how i can create email activities from this distribution and how to get campaign responses ?

Where can i check these email activity creation corresponding to that in CRM,

    Hi there.

    There are some solutions possible to get campaign reponses...

    1. You can create them manually... this can be a good solution, when a customer service is involved and the customers use phone as origin. The customer calls the customer service and gives response to the campaign... so the customer service can simply add them manually.

    2. You can create them automatically... this can be a good solution, wenn you are using portals or mailboxes. You can import the information via Excel or send the emails directly to your CRM system. Record creation is done by creation rules.
