Access Denied to company

Hello,

i am having issues trying to login into Business Central trial environment, setup by another administrator in our business. 

error is per below

Could not open the company.
Could not open the "" company. Access is denied to company 'test 2'.
Date and time: Fri, 16 Jul 2021 09:37:56 GMT
Azure AD tenant: null
Operation: 5e9eb6c6-fd53-441c-b9e2-532e974bf3f0

i have full admin rights. We have checked licenses and permissions within the app without luck. 

i know there are 2or3 trial companies setup with the sandbox environment. 

can we reset the trial ??

help!

    Hello Steve,

     I think that, someone deleted the company that was set for you as primary company .

     If someone did it, you won't be able to log-in anymore.

     To resolved the issue, contact your Global Admin user ( setup as SUPER ) and ask him to add SUPER permissions sets without company to test your access to environment or setup correct company on User Group Memberships .

    Use D365 BC environment URL and open it using other browser in private mode and let me know the results.

    Hello Horia,

    thank you for our response.

    We played around with user group memberships and added D365 BUS FULL ACCESS and this worked a treat.

    thank you for taking the time to respond as this was beginning to be frusting.
