Error when opening/closing

Hi

I keep getting an error when navigating around my CRM. This does not seem to effect the functionality but there is obviously something wrong that I would like to fix. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thanks.

    Disable IM presence in system settings->General that may fix this issue. Detailed steps can be found to disable IM presence in below post
