Problem Connecting Package Deployer for Dynamics CRM

Dear Esteem Colleagues,

I have tried to install Universal Service Desk using Package Deployer for Dynamics CRM, the first time i got an error shown below and second time nothing. I tried to login with the credentials i used  when creating Office 365 Instance but still cant get to the next level.Please i need your help to resolve this. The image below also give more information on the stage i got stucked.Thank

    Yes thanks Ravi i was using wrong version tool. I was using version 3.2 instead of 3.3. So i used the latest version 3.3 which solve my problem.Though after configuration the USD application didnt display.I think i can raise as another topic.

    Then you must be using the wrong version of the tool.  Download the tool from docs.microsoft.com/.../download-tools-nuget

    Yes i enter the credentials still the same.I have done the necessary. I am the admin of the organization.I have all the right privileges and security roles to do this.Yet still the same.Please i need help to resolve this

    Hi,

    Make sure you have provide the correct credentials ( User name should be under office 365  .onmicrosoft.com ) .

    Hi,

    In the credential popup, select advance and enter your credential. also select the appropriate region, if you don't know the region select Don't Know in the option.

    Hi ABDULAZEEZ HAMMED,

    It appears that you do not have permission to access the organisations in the specified Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online region. I recommend checking that you have entered all of the correct information into the Package Deployer.
