I have scenario in which I have to use a calendar in Custom Entity, as Calendar is used in Bookable Resource? Is there any possibility to achieve this functionality. Kindly assist me.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this. You could not create a look up field related to calendar entity. You can post your proposal in Ideas forum in order to drive it to be improved.
